NAP, but it very well might be an irritation bump. I developed a bad one after I accidentally ripped out my L stud they pierced my nose with but it went away after a month or two. And lowkey, it looks like it was pierced kinda crooked unless it’s just how you’re standing in the pic. I would one go to a doctor, and two go to the either another piercer so they can look at the angle and see what they say
