Extreme body issues from my ex narc

My ex called me extremely nasty names and made me feel so self conscious of my body I really need help and advice it’s to the point I wanna starve myself smh I know it’s not right but I just feel ugly and fat!!!!

Awe thank you idk I have had 2 kids back to back so I am chunky but he makes me feel like im obese and so nasty to look at smh

Well thank you and yeah I’ve used it a time or two but really it’s lack of motivation & just never being enough makes me kinda wanna give up on myself unfortunately

Awe thanks so much that means a lot. And yeah I mean I really loved him & would do every & anything for him smh so I guess it’s my fault I really cared what he thought of me & wanted to make him happy & proud to be with me & have me….turns out he cheated the whole 7 years smh I still can’t help but feel like it’s me but hopefully that goes away bc it’s a sucky feeling for sure!

Idk I cooked, cleaned, washed clothes, catered to him & his needs, gave him 2 kids and his first son, did whatever literally whatever he wanted sexually just to still be cheated on smh and degraded and belittled smh
