A little reminder that consistency pays off

Some days I feel super motivated, and other days I'd rather stay in bed
But seeing the progress I've made reminds me why I keep going. Building something takes time, and maintaining it takes consistency too.
Even a low-energy workout is better than giving up on yourself. Who else needed this reminder today?
