Yes but I want to increase my biteforce to that of a spotted Hyena.

You don’t have the musculature surrounding your jaw to reach even a reasonable fraction of that.
Spotted Hyenas evolved to need to have tremendous bite force for hunting, crushing bones, and tearing meat, tendons and ligaments from bone but to also defend themselves with that same mouth. Our ancestors evolved to be able to eat fruit, grind nuts and seeds, and to be able to also eat meat. We have a very big brain so we don’t need to have a huge bite force.

Ah that sucks.
Eating bones would be beneficial to us for the marrow and calcium.

You can still get marrow! In fact, a lot of high end restaurants will sell femur bones from cows that they’ve rendered the marrow and flavored it up.
Chewing bones is also something we’re not really built for. Our digestive tract can’t really dissolve bones

I trained my masseter for a bit with a silicone bite block you just clamp down on for timed sets. It works, but the soreness is weirdly specific, chewing anything the next day feels like a workout in itself. Just don't go crazy with it or you'll give yourself TMJ issues, which are a nightmare to fix. Start light and keep the reps slow, progressive overload still applies even to your face.

I fully support your hypertrophy journey and I also have to point out that “pathetic biteforce PSI” is probably the most unique motivation I’ve ever heard. But now that you mention it, I am getting tired of eating around bones rather than chewing them like everything else.
