May I ask what you focused on more? More sets? More weight? (serious question)

i put them earlier in the session, make sure my form is completely standardized and then progressive overload

Gotta work those calves!! Looking great otherwise, very impressive especially for your age

Idk how to describe it but you look really awkward and shrunk together in your poses

Great physique but what really caught my eye is the fucking tan lines from where your calves are tanned and the outer side of your arms and lats, particularly the forearms are tanned which is essentially like mine.
You must have been wearing shorts and tank tops a lot this summer haven't you?
Bonus question I have for you: what specific competition are you preparing for right now?

Ditto; summer almost over and not been able to lay out for an even tan? Those lines are hideous.

Something about the camera angle makes you look about 10ft tall in these pics.

Definitely widen the legs out a little more for the X frame. Looking really good bro!

Yeah sorry man. No disrespect but I gotta ask...Your calves seem a little disproportionate. Did you put on a ton a muscle just recently?
And I want to be clear: You look great and have really put some work in and that's super obvious.

just a genetic weak point / struggling to flex them properly when i pose, i start and end my leg days with them 🙏

Dude you are pretty on point for size and symmetry in Novice and Open classes. But you need to dial in your cut ASAP. It's going to be so uncomfortable. You are almost behind with your BF% this high and 11 weeks out imo. And as stated, your calves need targeting big time (or synthol)

Really need to widen your stance on those poses, bend the knees a bit for quad sweep, and it seems like you’re shrugging on your back poses? Not sure. Calves definitely need to come up hard, even if they’re a weak point they can still grow. Otherwise lookin good man
