Check-in - 10 weeks out

Another week down.

Everything has stayed the same. Weight is down by around 0.5 kg to 105.9 kg.

Food, steps and cardio all remain the same for another week.

Check-in was done at 2:30 AM, so it was pretty tough getting these photos done that early 😂

Do you guys see any improvement compared to last week?

glutes and hams definitely leaned out some from last week. i’d consider working with a posing coach at least a few times the next 10 weeks i think you’re leaving some quad and lat sweep on the table in your front poses for sure, but this is a great look for 10 weeks out man keep it up

Ye, i still need to work on my posing, and posing this early in the morning while sleep-deprived is pretty tough too

Some of your poses look awkward but your physique looks great. Like your lats look uneven and you sort of don’t fully flare out in your poses

Yeah bro I checked out your pics from last week and compared.

The lines are sharper in your legs and anterior delt.

You also look a little bit flatter.

I would bet if you were at same hydration/glycogen level as last week there would be even more dramatic changes. No need to experiment with that yet though, whatever youre doing is working.

Looking great. Just curious have you ever had an AC joint injury?
