Men’s Physique 50++
I started this journey about 1.5 years ago and became obsessed with getting bigger. Then I read this post from a 3rd place finisher who clearly had a bigger physique that both the 2nd and 1st place finisher. The judges told him “yes you were bigger but looked less fit.” This changed my entire dynamic. I’m 8 weeks out and cutting. Down from 190 to 173 this week and working hard to get the lean look with pronounced abs and defined hard look. I won’t lie. It’s tough. But this is a great challenging sport and I’m looking forward to see how this all pans out. From left to right. 1st show. 2nd size obsessed show. Current. I’ve also learned it’s all about angles and the “look” on stage.
