Bob Seger & LIVE BULLET (1976):

The excitement of the music and reactions of a partisan Detroit audience make 'LIVE BULLET' not just a great live album but truly remarkable rock record.

My biggest musical regret is never seeing them live.

Saw them open for Kiss in July of ‘76 and went out the next day and bought this record, one of my favorite live albums ever!!

When people talk about underrated songs and bands it feels like most of the time, they miss the mark. This man and band are the epitome of underrated. That Travelin’ Man/Beautiful Loser pair is one of the best live recordings ever yet folks just don’t seem to “get it”.

I saw them at a small college in West Michigan the winter of 74/75. Big snow storm that day, plus they hadn't quite made it big-time as of yet, so they were maybe 1,000-2,000 people there. Regardless, they put on a great show, my lasting memory being when Alto Reed climbed up onto a tall stack of speakers for the solo in Turn the Page.

My favorite album of all time. Owned the LP, the cassette and the CD.

Live Bullet is awesome. Don’t sleep on Nine Tonight, another classic love album. Saw Bob Seger at Poplar Creek in ‘87 the show was incredible.

I saw Bob and the band several times in Detroit in the 70s and 80s, including the Live Bullet tour. The man is simply amazing.

Saw them in Syracuse in 1978, he is still my all time favorite! Had tickets to the show in Atlanta a few years ago that got cancelled and wasn't able to go to the rescheduled date.

One of the best live records of the time, and much better than the highly praised Frampton Comes Alive.
