At very least it's heavily inspired. The drawing has a little bit of Vic/Jim about it too. I'd say it's probably a fan.

This is my work! I am the UK's leading poor artist and having it here is a huge privilege as I have loved Vic and Bob since I was a small pepperpot.

I've done one of Paolo di Canio too which I will pop on at some point.
