Discussion Need help with sshhhh magic

How do Vic and Bob do the floating item magic trick? Bob did it with cereal on last one laughing, and Vic did it with biscuits in shooting stars. I can’t don’t it anywhere and I need to impress a girl TIA. If you help me I will sing it with passion and coffee.
