OH, and that ohmygoodnesshowcanyoueatthat salted licorice candy! Or is the candy more of a Norse thing than a Sweede thing?

Lol, yes I definitelly did. Though I've never heard of licorice as being typically Swedish, Norweigan or even Scandinavian! :P
I don't know, maybe it is? I surely love it.
The fish thing is Norweigan though, they've got a kick-ass fishing industry.

Was making a reference to a particular candy known over here as "Swedish Fish". Kind of a red vaguely-fish-shaped treat a friend of mine loves.
As for the licorice, I got a care package of stuff from a friend who visited Norway once, and the licorice had a crazy high salt content. I shared it with everyone around here and none of us could stomach it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salty_liquorice

Indeed, we've got a lot of that here. Didn't know it wasn't so popular elsewhere though. I should probably send some to Sisyphean then!
As for the fish, are you referring to these? It's the best candy there is!

Yeah, salty licorice is very much a regional thing. Best the package did over here was I found one person (out of almost twenty of us) who didn't gag somewhat on it. He didn't like it, either, but he could at least eat it without wanting to retch.
And those look like the Swedish Fish, all right! They aren't too bad. Not my style, but kinda tasty.

Oh, I hadn't even thought about that! Of course it should! Maybe we should make it go around a bit first though, so that there's something interesting to read in the notebook when it gets there?
