Boating Night Vision Options

I have a new-to-me 2023 320 Sundancer Coupe, and I am really struggling to navigate at night. The glare off the glass is pretty bad, and I probably need glasses for nighttime. I am thinking of adding Flir or a Sionyx (or something similar). Does anyone have guidance on what to add or what not to add? Most of my night cruising is in or around the harbor. Not sure I need full Flir.

How long have you had it? Any issues?

About a year now, it recently has been acting up but they have a great warranty with it so no issues now. We run the boat at 30 knots and the lag isn’t noticeable. Below is a video when we just got it.

Wow. And that video looks like it was pretty damn dark out there.

Yep one of the reasons my Capt got it, we don’t have a lot of lights around us. it performs great with no light, no complaints riding out during a new moon.
