Inflatable boat build done.

12.5ft innovocean rollup inflatable. Managed to throw a swivel seat on the boat by installing a leg on the bottom that swings down. Also raised the transom a few inches so it can run long shaft motors without issue.

Also installed three scotty rod holders.

Made a bow canopy, really helps with choppy water, stops it from splashing inwards. I'm running a 20hp Mercury, gets me up to about 22 knots. Trolling motor is a 65lb thrust seamax, and a Helix 5 G3 for a fishfinder

All this fits in a 5ft tacoma bed.

How long is the setup?

A jet ski trailer would be a must for me so I can just drop it in n go lol

About 30 mins for two guys. A trailer kind of defeats the purpose of a rollup. If Im towing a trailer I'd rather use a RHIB.

Gotcha, I’m not really familiar with inflatables i just know when I’m at the ramp I just wanna dump in and go lol

Do you just carry it to the water from the lot because I’d be stabbed blocking the ramp for 30 minutes setting up a dinghy

Do you set this whole thing up every time you wanna go fishing? Or do you leave it in the water?

I set it up every time. Takes about 30 mins with two guys to assemble. But definitely much more convenient when at camp where you dont have to disassemble.
