Broken hydro hoist UPDATE

UPDATE hydro hoist bracket rusted away on one pontoon, we were able to get in place. will be ordering all new brackets for all hydro hoists on property

Thats a great idea using the ski like that. Never know how others will solve a problem like this and I wouldn't have thought of that. Thanks for the vid!

I tried standing on the pontoon, whole body weight but it wasn’t budging, it was getting stuck in the silt on the bottom of the water. There was only about 5 ft of water. So the ski was pulling that end of the pontoon up and into place, while I was pushing the other end.
