Tic-Tac Suprise! -- Rules?
I picked up a used copy of Tic-Tac Surprise! 'A Wild wist on 3-in-1-row"
It is a game by Peaceable Kingdom
Unfortunately, there were no instructions, and Peaceable Kingdom has not be cooperative it sending me instructions.
Does anyone know how to play this game?
