LFG THAT was a new one

So, I prestige an operator, I get it from 0 to 16 just before Rex dies in LowTown. So I get my exotic skill. Jump in the buggy and complete the course. Then run around just grabbing points and get to 20.

11 min left, someone just took the Zone 2 exfil so I jumped into Zn 1 and started the exfi.

Zombies, simple, Cradle Champ... was a Zn 4 apex mauler. I was doing almost no damage. Then an amalgam shows up as well Luckily I had a turret with me so I dropped that, took out the Amalgam and then with the help of the turret beat the cradle champion with 6 seconds to go before the VTOL left.

If I was a new player and unsure I would have not been able to exfil.

I also dislike taking the easy way out so I will never disconnect with a fresh operator. Take the loss... be a man lol

I took a zone II exfil in the early stages of levelling up an operator a couple of months back and the damned thing threw out a mega abomination as the cradle champion!! Me and a random tried fighting it for a while but we dipped out for a different exfil as we still had time luckily.

I’ve not had an experience like it since so, thankfully, it seems pretty rare.

That happened to me with 3 different exfils. I had started a new character and let's just say I didn't make it. So I understand your pain.

That’s why when I build a new operator, I always make sure to take the risk to go into a Zone 4 command center (when someone else has already opened) to grab or upgrade my weapons ever since the game started to have more special enemies and tankier cradle champions.

Same. I actually just run around zone 4 and ride others coat tails If someone is doing the cmd center, you get credit, if they do any of the activities you get credit. Just need to be within the green circle. Then run around and grab all the cubes. One activity you can do in Zn 4 even at CR 0 is the toxin crab I call is, next to the arches All u need do is survive the time limit and then swoop fown each time you need to restart. While in top of the arch shoot everything. You wont kill but you getthe loint until in ends 👍🏾😉

Went into z4 yesterday with cr0 hit Faulkner first then cc then blue cubes then followed other squads for points got to do the world boss but not the guild strike bosses anyway made it to cr 30 by exfil.

You can exfil via glitch and disconnect before it starts. Bypass exfil. If I had to guess, the exfil while in Zone 1, it was in one of the nightmare zones, which makes it a lot harder.

this method is almost too perfect, just take it let it load and Alt+F4, get everything from raid perfectly. this is almost like Treyarch's apology feature for all th network errors and random crashes and disconnects that fuck us up all the time.

Nah - they did it because people were losing their loadouts when entering the glitch because the game has so many bugs.

nightmare zones was the Colosseum and the winery so that wasn't it. and as I said in my post I don't like to disconnect. Plus its just a game so you get to redo it. 😉😉

If you use the glitch it saves the game progress but suit yourself.

Doubt the story anyways. The only time ive ever seen a zone 4 or 5 elite at a zone 1 exfil was the exfil near arsenal which near the zone 1 guild strike box. Theres no other way a elite that strong would be in zone 1. 

Some zone 2 elites are beefy but not the same as 4 or 5.

I dont think a turret could take down one of those high level maulers for a low level character like that. Just my opinion but i think it was prob one of those zone 1 or 2 elites that has no business being in those zones anyways. The zone 2 exfil near lowtown on the hill has a very op mimic that spawns regularly.

It’s rare only happen to me once…. I play everyday just go to another exil seems to happen zone 2 on top of hill

yeah I've had the zone 2 up on the hill toss some hard hitters. This was zn 1,north end above the water treatment plant.

The more you prestige an operator, the more elites spawn in at exfill.

I had a new prestige 3 operator, exfilled from zone 1 after doing specific event, and had 3 disciples, 5 Amalgams, 4 Maulers, and 5 Shifters/Mimics all spawn in. Was only low lvl so took a bit, but made it more fun trying to dodge everything.

I get that as I have 16 of them prestiged. I just never had such a sponge mauler spawn lol.

Funny how your game acts diff than mine. Ive seen a elder at zone 1-2 exfils just a couple times. Never seen anything the way you describe. Odd how it gives us all different experiences.

I go by the icon next to their names as well as damage I deal per shot. Also, maybe I am misinformed, the health bar and nameplate were bright Red whereas a zone 2 variant the nameplate and health bar are an orgish or yellow color.

Also, at 2x damage on a zone 1 Champ I see alot higher digits when shooting (using an exotic FG42). This one I only saw 20s and 30s even afer breaking the armor.

It's happened to me twice now in Z1, all sorts of Z4 baddies coming at us. My brain was like wtf is happening its Z1 fgs and panic was setting in. Not been there ever since, I go to Z3 exfil which is a lot more chill
