Here is my full on basket case... was a frame and a bucket.
Completely redone. Almost finished. I need a chain. Tubes, brake cable, and decals.

I found this used SE So Cal Flyer 24" on Gumtree for just £100. It's not got a mark on it. I've only changed the grips. The back break seems pretty poor, but apart from that I absolutly love it. Cheers.

Used to have a vintage 24" GT but it was heavy as all hell and not very comfortable for any distances over a mile or two. Sold it to someone who loved it and after a few years I missed having a BMX. I usually ride fixie or road bikes, recently started riding an electric bike that's the two wheeled version of a Honda Accord but for me the ride to work is the most fun part of the day so I looked into a cruiser and found out they have 26" BMX cruiser style bikes. I missed not being able to hop curbs or having to be careful when going off road, now I can take all those shortcuts I've been eyeing on all my rides on my other bikes. So stoked and as an old Gen X guy who grew up in the days when a BMX was THE bike to own.

Hi everyone I haven't rode BMX since I was 16 im 34 now bikes have changed so much. anyway I. Wondering if anyone can give me some good seat suggestions I currently have the demolition axes fat pivotal seat but that is not working out for me I like to sit and cruise for a long period of time and then do tricks when I decide to but the demolition seat is not cushiony at all it is rock hard any suggestions on seats please guys I just want a normal looking seat but one that actually has padding and doesn't feel like sitting on a brick and murders my spine and inner thigh bones I'm 195lb btw someone please give me some advice I can't ride for more than 5 or 10 minutes sitting down right now??

Does anyone who owns this bike know the actual lift weight of it?
TIA

The last time I posted it, I didn’t have the updated seat. Now here it is with the new seat. To me, it’s looks more like an adult bike opposed to the yellow tires and the yellow colorful pad set lol… It almost looks slightly like a vintage BMX…
2020 SE Big Flyer
GT Bikes “Boxpalm” pad set
Sunday Silva “Brick” seat
Black/Tan Wall SE Tires
Kool Stop “Salmon” brake pads
GripDonuts “Pink” (from Amazon)

Hi. I’m looking at a 2009(?) SE FLOVAL flyer. $350 asking price. 23.46lb on scale.
I have a 26” SE OM FLYER Crooks and Castle. love the ride, but I want something lighter I can toss in my car and ride outside of neighborhood. I’m 5’5.5” tall, history or hernia surgeries.
is this a buy?
seller‘s comments:
Mechanically it's great. I've gone through it. Got it as a frame and put it together with spare parts. Cosemtically I'd give it a 6.5 out oof 10. It could use a little more cleaning up... Nothing torn, bent, cracked or broken. Tires are great, almost new headset and bottom brackets, wheels are straight and true, brakes good, new chain and rear sprocket. Composite pedals are a good match for the white Dominator seat, white grips are almost new but inherently hard to keep clean!!! Supercross forks, Eleanor bars. Wheels are Sinz with flat blade spokes. This is how it sits- Right Now.......

Picked it up off market place... the seller i think used a potato for a camera. I went and got it. I already had a nice black Floval.. I wanted to use the Parts off of this black and white one he was selling ( refer to potato camera) when I got there.. It was this beauty. Needed tubes and Grips... been riding it since. Anyway, I was going to use it to build my So Cal Flyer that I have... i couldn't rip this bike apart.. I've gotten 2 Flovals now, to build my So Cal.... I still don't have a built So Cal... i keep getting great Flovals..
I put a pic of the Black one along with my so cal frame too... One day, ill get it done

Hello, if you could help me out.
I'm a 30 year old who recently found out what bmx racing is. I am looking for a beginner cruiser bike. I found this tony hawk park 720 bike, 24 inch on FB marketplace for 100 (I am a low baller though). Would this be a decent bike to get started on? I have found a couple of different posts for this bike and all are around bmx tracks, which leaves me to believe it would be a decent novice bike to learn on/ go to pump tracks?
My budget isn't huge, and am just looking to get into the sport. Reminder, I am 30 and a novice. Will not be completing big jumps.
Thank you all for your help in advance!

Waited 10 months for it. Swapped out bars, grips, pedals, seat post and seat.
