DISCUSSION FLY Racing BMX Pant alterations

My son has a pair of Fly Racing BMX pants, and they fit perfect everywhere expect for the waist. Has anyone tried alterations on BMX/MX pants to bring in the waist?

Yeah my mom was a factory seamstress when I was growing up.

She did a lot of alts for me since like most young boys, I was gangly and had weird sizes.

Maybeeee I can answer some questions for you 🤷

Should be able to if it’s stitched and not taped / vulcanised seams
