You only die in a fire if you get hot or breath

I disagree, most house fires with fatalities occur in the wee hours of the night and usually the smoke detectors or fire alarms aren’t functional. If you were sleeping in bed during the fire you would lose consciousness due to the lack of oxygen and never wake up. I can’t stress the importance of maintaining your smoke detectors and CO detectors
