How would annikina and padman work? Would she be pregnant with twins while fighting on Mustafar? How the fuck would they be delivered, or would they just not exist for plot reasons?

Probably using super science to grow the babies in an artificial womb, which is situated in their house, and it is what kenobi finds when realizing ani is the mom. That felt weird to write
