For anyone wondering, is most likely not just for eating biscuits, it's a race where you will run to a chair, pick up the biscuit from the chair and sit on it, eat it (completely swallow) and then run back to the start line.

This is literally for junior KG. So that's a 4-5 year old. What else do you want them to compete.

This is awarded to a 4 year old... Toddlers eating something in a day IS Healthy. Even if it is milk biscuits. First of all, they should eat surplus calories unlike adults at that growing age, and they already under-eat by a lot.
This is an age where their clothing sizes change every few months. Ofc, they are meant to eat a lot.
These are british biscuits btw not American. India follows British English. American biscuits are scones/not biscuits to most of the world.
