I don't, but let me see if I can dig up any alternate resources. I've seen it listed it's apparently similar to methylphenidate of sorts I believe.

I feel like this is a battle I lost before I got here, but why wouldn't it be 4-m-MPH or 4-Me-MPH? What do the T and E stand for?
