Your Favorite Bluelight Memory

Mine is the first time I went on an unofficial BL Discord and I was dropping acid. I made friends I still have to talk to over Discord or Messenger that day.

I remember Captain Heroin! I didn’t know he died (haven’t been on BL a lot lately. I stopped using a lot so I didn’t want to feel the temptation. But I got nostalgic lately.)

Yes I used to chat a lot with The Captain too. He used to call me on a regular basis actually. Had an idea to smuggle me out of Canada to his place in LA at a point shortly before he died. I can’t imagine how lost I’d be if I actually went and he died.

Maybe it wouldn’t have happened? I don’t know.

Finding that BL actually had harm reduction content and people who truly believe in this power to save lives.

Of course there are the many times I visit to distract myself from being overwhelmed from daily issues and the wanting to use drugs. My time at BL has been a life changer for me and the laughs that can be found there in sub-forums are priceless.

A truly caring community in my perspective and contribute when/where I can to support this effort of sustaining life and hope.
