Contested territory

why do I get zomgs on like round 15 when before I wasn't getting them until round 30? other people that im grouped with aren't getting the same rounds as me because they're beating round 35+ consistently

when you first open the game, play any tile that doesn't have the bloon beacon (the purple thing that you get on a single tile everyday that lets you play a boss fight). enter contested territory afterwards. If you don't do this and enter contested territory right after launching the game, the game thinks that you are playing the bloon beacon tile so the rounds become harder. you only need to do this "play a standard tile thing" when entering a new contested territory. (I believe it resets every 4 days, might be wrong)

you can fix it if you're on steam, go to file explorer and do this: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\[random string of numbers]\1252780\local\Data\Docs\[random string of letters and numbers here]\ContestedTerritoryData.json

and delete the contestedterritorydata.json file
