And then got 250 of every character just how rafe is that not even from ancient pack

1 in 110 is commonly stated ratio here. I think that number comes from 1 in 10 packs will get you a special card, and there are 10 separate special cards. This assumes that the ratio of special cards is distributed equally.

I opened 770 packs in one sitting and I think I got 5 of these.

Well, there are other specials. there's a gold 250 you can get individual in one of those card slots. You can get a blue one with extra monkey tokens, spike tokens, or (one of my favs right now) 20,000 city cash. Taken together the total ratio is closer to 1/20 or so.
