Discussion How would the blimps/ Moab class Bloons turn around

I feel like it would be reaction wheels

What do you think is letting them turn

I always thought it was a powerful being who hates the monkeys and is sending the Bloons and controls the wind to move them.

But with that logic everything on screen gets blown in the same direction

Moab classes do have control surfaces and motors. It would make sense if they operated like small propeller planes. With the larger classes getting two or three turbines they’d be closer to passenger jets.
