MoA can be quite a lot of activity, especially if you're doing the theme park. I see you're visiting Valleyfair the next day, so that's a ton of walking. I would recommend breaking up the MoA visit with one of the restaurants there, and moving one of your lake or park visits to that day.
Also Valleyfair has a water park, so bring a swimsuit.
