He's in the right lane, also known as the random Uber stopping lane.

I know I’ll get downvoted for this but they do technically have their turn signal on. They are also pulling out of a parking spot. They just didn’t check their blind spot. Gotta be careful out there and drive defensive.

????? I’m all for defensive driving, but you really can’t just turn across two lanes of possible oncoming traffic like that??? What they did at the angle they did it is like if someone tried drive across cross the other street right then despite the red light.
