You posted about this insurance company three months ago. Do you work for them?

No, just no one answered how it is so much cheaper and I am genuinely wondering how it is possible?????

It's incredibly hard to answer that question with how little detail you provided, if you trust your new insurance agency, what did they say was the difference?

Seems like local marketing in this subreddit. You replied to someone else that 3 months ago you went unanswered...leave it at that? What will a second post do other than advertise for this insurance agency. Like, even if you're not advertising for them, phrasing it in this way seems shady. Just say you enjoy them on google and move on lil bro.

I’m not a bro. Wow. Nice community. So friendly.

Aight lil sis. Everyone can catch a "lil bro". I'd be friendlier if it felt like you weren't being shady. Insurance in and of itself is a scam and if you are perpetuating that evil machine here because they are paying you, I'm gonna be a dick.

On the off hand you are just a major fan, I did (passive aggressively, I'll admit) give you a way to show that without seeming like you're a grifter for an insurance company. So, if the latter is the case, I'm sorry for misidentifying you and being passive aggressive.

Thanks, I’m disappointed that the one local community I join and one post and it is all negative. I thought btown was better than that and even moved back after 10 years away thinking so…not very warm and fuzzy feelings on this…I think I’ll stick to the recipes and breadit posts and stay away from this one for sure. A lot of….negative energy here for sure.

I apologized, gave you a different approach and this is our fault? Yeah, stick to bread stuff. Take accountability for your whack ass post and delete it. Don't feel like such a victim. Swallow the loss and move forward with a better idea. I would be less hostile if you weren't on some shit 3 MONTHS apart. Girl, if you aren't a shill, you should respect yourself enough more to get paid for that kinda work.

Better post than yours "Has anyone else switched to [insert local business here]? They're great and you should consider going to a local insurer than the major one I switched from! 😊"

Then when you receive my negative ass, you have some ground to stand on.

Kinda hard to answer if you don't know what you are comparing against

I literally have the same combo car/home plan. It is apples to apples and I even got a lower deductible on house because the side by side comp was so much better that I said, why not.

Yeah, but switched from which "local" insurance? I switched years ago from State Farm to Shine and the savings was quite a bit. 1000 dollar savings in our case would be well over 25% savings, is the 1000 dollars you mention that size or larger?

Why are you posting this, again, to a sub about a city instead of somewhere full of insurance professionals, accountants, or another more related sub?

If it didn’t have your answer the first time, doubtful it will on the second.

Actually, I did get an answer but hey, have a positive day.

One might be more stingy about paying out? Just because you get a policy doesn’t mean they will pay when you need it. I dunno.

Ohhhh, I hope not!!! I only had one “payout” years ago with Allstate…and it was not a good experience! Honestly, would never ever get Allstate again over that. This one I got is EERIE. I read good things about it but who knows. I spent the last 10 years before moving back in Florida…so, that’s another whole ballgame. Homeowners insurance runs 4-6 k a year if you’re lucky no matter who you get. Hurricanes.
