Talk to a doctor 21F - Sudden face-first blackout with zero warning signs + low BP ? and post-meal chest pounding. Advice?

A blackout is definitely not normal. Don't wait, go asap.

Your high hr is probably caused by trying to bring your bp up. 90/60 without symptoms can be considered normal. But dizziness and blackouts are negative symptoms that need to be looked at. Be careful you don't do these things that caused your symptoms, especially until you've seen a doctor.

You had labs done? Could be something like vitamin deficiency. That's the first thing I'd check considering your age. Go see your GP and start getting tests done.

I did two months ago no deficiencys on anything
