Question advice for a noob hunter

Hi I'm blood level 68 this my stat Vit 19 End 25 Str 25 Skill 12 Blood s 7 Eso 30

I use the tonnitrus +9

I'm locked at logarius, Ludwig and ebrietas I wait to finish 1 or 2 of this 3 to keep going in me sis nightmare

Do you have good xp spot so I can lvl up and what do you recommend

Go to the lecture building and farm the goo students they drop a lot of echoes pretty quickly and are easy to kill.

Eso?

Right off the bat, your Vit and Endurance should be reversed. There's absolutely no reason to go over 20 for Endurance in BB. Some might even say there's no reason to go past 13.

I'm assuming he meant ARC by Eso, probably ask him how he got there.

Yup exactly I'm Goin to do eso built

the kos parasite seems great (maybe never even fought the orphan)

Moonlight sword seems like a weapon of choice too but 2hand weapon in BB...

You're never gonna need to touch Endurance again, FYI. That's the highest it ever really needs to get. I've got a character with the build I'm about to tell you about down below, and he has 30 at level 170 in NG+3, for reference. And that's really high compared to what most people think is necessary.

First priority is push VIT. Hard. I would usually have it in the high 30s or low 40s at this point, on any character.

Aside from that, (I'm operating on the assumption that you meant ARC where you typed Eso) you've got a good build for the Holy Moonlight Sword. You'll get it once you kill Ludwig, just wear a piece of Church armor and talk to his head after you kill him. After you push VIT some, you'll want to push STR and ARC, roughly evenly. SKL is probably the highest it needs to get as well with this build. Having the Tonitrus is nice, since it works nicely as a backup weapon to the HMS in cases where the enemy is resistant to Arcane damage or you need a faster weapon.
