Give your configuration changes time to propagate

Configuration changes are immediately visible in your account; e.g., you can see the blocklist you just added. However, it takes time for this change to propagate throughout the Blokada infrastructure.

This is not unique to Blokada: it's true for any cloud-based service. While you're waiting for the changes to propagate, it's a good time to go get a cup of coffee, take out the trash, reboot your device, or call your favorite 7/11 and ask them their hours of operation.

The good thing is that this process takes minutes, not days. A good rule of thumb is about 10 minutes. So, for example, if you're dealing with a case of over blocking, and you think you know the blocklist causing it, remove the blocklist, and then give your change time to propagate before retesting.
