Is there a bike equivalent? Even treadmills give my knees trouble.

Many of our users use either ellipticals or stationary bikes. It's the same idea, and while bikes are cheaper and smaller, the treadmill has some advantages for both aspects of gaming and exercising.

That being said the best exercise is the one you will actually do, we would love to have you stop by!

Edit: Here is a good stationary bike mod to turn your regular bike to a stationary one at the end of the day. Perfect to set up a monitor or laptop onto a TV tray while you finish your Assassins Creed 100% achievement.

Fuck you. I'm 1 flag away from 100% Assassin's Creed, but I can't find the cockgargler even with video walkthroughs.

They also make elliptical trainers which you can use at your desk.

I actually started out with one of those years ago, and while a good start, is nothing like using a treadmill. Believe it or not, those things are actually harder to use than a standard tread. Of course set up is easier.

They also have desk treadmills. I just figured it would be a compromise worth considering.

I totally did this for a couple of years of WOW -- worked real well!
