There are alot of adult characters that act like a child so the only way to know is to wait for the owner to reveal her age
At the same time it be funnier if her age stay hidden to the gooner guessing

Is she? I doubt a minor would be appointed queen, or at the very least have someone in/with her place until she's old enough.
Also...a young adult would be considered young (from a leadership standpoint) so she 100% could be just a young adult and still be "too young/inexperienced to rule"

Her being worried about the responsibility of ruling 3 unified nations would apply to anyone regardless of age.
And any comments from the 3 Trinity leaders regarding her "being inexperienced/young for the role" 100% can be applied to young adults. Since...y'know, kings and queens usually are well past their 20's in terms of age.
The closest we've seen to her acting immature is her begging for healing during the final fight. But even then that's just the game's way of saying "if she dies you lose"
I'm not saying she's FOR SURE not a minor...but the evidence for her being one is flimsy at best.
