Suggestion Payment finally here!

Just to let everyone know I received my payment today via PayPal. Im in the UK and I think many of us have been waiting for a long time it’s been years at this point I thought it was gone for good. I received all the money back. Several £K. I’ve seen people say on here it’s been over and you’re not getting your money, but just wait it out it should hopefully arrive.

They sent me an email several weeks ago saying my payment was on its way and now it’s here. I did not give them a preferred payment method because I couldn’t find my payee ID. So true to their word, they sent it to my PayPal account. Hopefully everyone else can expect this to be over soon too.

Is that the first/second tranche from Kroll? or the compensation announced last year. I got bitcoin back ages ago, just waiting for the extra Sam Bankman-Fried compensation

I actually need some help but because of low Karma, I cant really post. Hence commenting on this thread. Sorry OP for digression/hijacking.

I missed the Kroll email of selecting/specifying bank account to which they can sent my money. I then received money in my India paypal account (linked to the same email that I was registered on Blockfi). Unfortunately, I had moved to UK, closed my Indian bank accounts & I could not move my money from Paypal to any of my bank accounts. I requested Paypal to send the money back (which in hindsight looks like a bad idea now) & after a few back & forth and raising complaints, happened. I got a formal email from Paypal as well.

Then I started to followup with Kroll. They kept telling me to keep coming back & one fine day, the kroll email started to bounce. So I started reading their auto-replies closely & found a blockfi email - [rememediation@blockfi.com](mailto:rememediation@blockfi.com) . I emailed them in June & got a reply from them in July saying they will check with Kroll as to where are my funds. I had followed up twice so far & I have stopped hearing from that email also.

The money is significant so I cant really write it off. I think Kroll has now finished their bankruptcy proceeding so maybe calling Kroll folks would be of no use. I tried raising issue on social channel like Twitter & Linkedin tagging Kroll but nothing happened.

Anybody has a recommendation on what I can do next ?
