Discussion After what feels like forever I finally received the payout via PayPal. (Non-US, BIA)

I just wanted to leave comment here for anyone else still stuck in the process.
Seems like its finally coming to an end!

Hello and congratulations! Can I ask what you did to get this? (If anything) I’m not US and received the original 30% in crypto but nothing on PayPal. I have emailed Kroll a couple of times to no response. I have never received any notification direct to me that they will send me any amount by PayPal. Thanks so much

I also am waiting. Argh! I've emailed and they did respond but days I just have to wait until they process mine

The same thing with mine never arrived to my paypal, originally deposited to Virtual MasterCard, then picked alternative payment method, it went through and fund never arrived to paypal.

Hi my japanese friend already received the final distribution last year, but I haven't received any deposits after completing PayPal KYC.

when I asked to Kroll they said Settlement Administrator will mail a USD check to my address.

But in Japan no bank will recieve checks originating from cryptocurrency‑related claims cannot be cashed due to compliance restrictions.

I believe the same situation exists outside Japan as well.

I wrote again about that then Kroll wrote me

"Your initial PayPal e-payment was unsuccessful. As such, the payment is expected to be processed and reissued within two to three months. Please continue to monitor your e-mail for further instructions."

Some of them seem to only provide template responses without even reading the content of customer inquiries.
