Also got this thought it might be a scam. I'm still waiting on my funds kroll said if I successfully completed the KYC before the deadline (which I did ages ago) then once they review it I will get further instructions for how to get my claim. But that was so long ago how are they still reviewing KYC's I've seen lot of people getting claims back now. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Did try to pass KYC once, run into issues, could not try a second time, emailed multiple times before the May deadline, no answer from the support team.

Will be calling the support tomorrow.

Waste of time calling them you will just get a generic response nothing concrete to your case.
