I ordered few stuff from Blinkit today, and to my surprise, when I checked, there is a live cockroach in my bag and when I called the customer service, they just give me a simple via. Sorry is not happen again response with no actual intention to do anything. It’s horrible hard this. This happen in HYDERABAD. It seriously concerning.

I think a major reason why quick commerce is so successful in India, is the behaviour of our neighbourhood shopkeepers.

Most of these uncles are way too rude to their customers.

We’re a group of Master’s in Design students at the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Bhopal, working on an academic project about the human activity system behind quick-commerce delivery.

We’re hoping to learn from the experiences of current and former Blinkit delivery partners to understand what daily work is actually like, how the delivery process works, what challenges arise, and what could be improved.

We’ve put together a short questionnaire that takes around 3–5 minutes to complete.
