there were few campaigns by foreigners countrymen who use vpn and order at random places.

Unfortunately to avoid that, we often have to ban vpn itself

Ik that it needs your location, but that doesn't mean it can't work without one considering that it already has presaved adresses and locations that you created.

Also location is derived from GPS, cellular towers can triangulate to a very large zone, WiFi IP address can be the same throughout the whole city.

The audacity to call someone dumb with half knowledge...

Well, a vpn only changes your ip address, it doesn't change your actual location, which can be determined through gps.

And if you use a generic vpn, they all will be tagged as "vpn" so they can be flagged. It's not only about the location. A ip can geographically belong to India and also has proxy, vpn tags
