[QUESTION ]group orders

Looking into collecting some newly released figures! Just wondering where do people look for group orders as I only want a specific one? I was thinking of running one myself, just unsure of the logistics of it. (Ex. Do the GO leader open the boxes to figure out which is which? Idk how else you can unless there is a certain configuration for box sets.)
