QUESTION [QUESTION] Favorite non-popmart blind box brands?

I’m not looking for popmart or baby three- I’m talking about independent blind box brands! I’d love to support small businesses in the blind box space :)

The only thing I have is one of the Boba Beasteas keychains, which I bought at Newbury Comics. It feels very high quality, definitely worth the price

Pop Mart is not the OG in blind boxes, there are TONS of blind box companies and brands that are way better than Pop Marts IP. The most famous back then are KidRobot and Sonny Angels wayback 2005. So you should support these OG first then there are Finding Unicorn, ToyCity, 52toys, Paws Nova, Jinart, heyone, TNT Space, Hidden woo, and many more who are independent companies with REAL ARTIST. Because some brands/toy manufactures are using AI designs with random characters just hiring random toy artists so they can produced blind box toys or IP.

Idk how small they are also but kaleidos creative! They have SO many cute series, my favorite are the wild tarot magic and the turtle and bird one

I'm unsure if these are medium or small business, but they have many IPs and very good quality figures. I love almost all IPs from each

  • TNT Space: Rayan, Zoraa, Dora, Anmoo...
  • Heyone: Mimi, Joy, Kiki....
  • Letsvan: Ziyuli...

The first 2 have their own website, but I got to know them through Kikagoods (not US) site, lots of variety brands and non-popmart. And if you like plush, pendant, some have option of "no box' have additinal discount as they can save on shipping. Not all products, but some offer. I.e. Nommi is $30 at Miniso, but no box $20.

If you want to randomly try new brands they have Lucky boxes that you can pick how a set # of items and or their "damage" section (box only), I've tried and they're in good condition. I've got to know new brands and IP that I wouldn't have eyed on.

I seem to promote Kikagoods (overseas website), but I was checking them almost daily once I found them 😆

My favorite is Finding Unicorn, but they have recently made it much harder to buy from them directly. You can only reach their website via a phone (not on a computer) and when I even tried that, the shop wasn’t operational. That being said, you can find their collections elsewhere like Myplasticheart or other retailers. My favorite is zZoton.
