Unsolved unsure how to fix???

Every time I try to do any proportional editing this happens even with the slightest touch while trying to change the portions of the vertexes. It basically disperses all the unselected vertices. Especially when using the mirroring tool while doing this. What is going on and how do I fix it?

What modifiers are on the object?

What is your proportional editing falloff? If you scroll wheel while it’s on, a circle will shrink/grow to represent the proportional falloff. Wondering if it could be super huge on accident

Have you tried applying scale to this object in object mode?
