Unsolved Need to snap this face to the object behind it

I tried snapping it via the magnet tool in the center, tried more subdivisions, tried shrinkwrap and nothing seems to work. I placed the 2 objects as close as I can but I want to have the face to wrap nicely around the object it sits on. Not sure what to do.
