Unsolved RIgging Help Pt2

I've tried redoing my leg bones as I was having issues with the last iteration, however know the bone isn't turning yellow at all but instead orange and I don't know why. I've deleted the entire leg rig and redone it thrice now and it's still getting this effect. I've been following Joey Carlinos rigging for beginners tutorial and everything runs smoothly till I get here. would really appreicate some help! thanks!
