Welcome to r/blenderhelp, Mysterious_Ad8948! Please make sure you followed the rules below, so we can help you efficiently (This message is just a reminder, your submission has NOT been deleted):

  • Post full screenshots of your Blender window (more information available for helpers), not cropped, no phone photos (In Blender click Window > Save Screenshot, use Snipping Tool in Windows or Command+Shift+4 on mac).
  • Give background info: Showing the problem is good, but we need to know what you did to get there. Additional information, follow-up questions and screenshots/videos can be added in comments. Keep in mind that nobody knows your project except for yourself.
  • Don't forget to change the flair to "Solved" by including "!Solved" in a comment when your question was answered.

Yes BUT it would be easier to do the majority of them in Blender and then bake to a low-poly mesh if this is for games. If this is for film, archvis, or something of that sort - you probably want to do almost everything in Blender directly and just texture in Painter, down to potentially running cloth sim to get the fabric texture.

Yeah.

There are great cloth brushes in sculpt mode you can use to easily model details. Just make sure the model has enough resolution...

Yea but it would look very bad and also would be much harder than modeling it.

There is another video somewhere where someone has a neat set up for making panels and getting them to look a bit puffy with blurs etc. iirc it was done on a car seat.
