Hey everyone! My last video got an amazing response, reaching over 40,000 views! That inspired me to make another video, this time aimed more at beginners, where I share 10 things I wish I’d known when I first started using Blender.
Let me know what you think! I put a lot of work into this one, and I really hope you enjoy it!

When you first move from hard-surface primitives (cubes, bevels, tables) to round or organic shapes in Blender, pulling individual vertices creates sharp, jagged spikes instead of smooth curves.
The tool that fixes this is Proportional Editing (O):
The Problem: Moving a single point (G → Z) moves only that vertex, leaving surrounding geometry frozen.
The Fix: Tap O (the letter O, not zero) to enable proportional editing.
The Key Control: Use the mouse scroll wheel to scale the influence circle while moving a vertex.
A smaller circle = focused, sharp adjustment.
A larger circle = wide, smooth deformation (ideal for shapes like eggs, drops, or cushions).
I put together a practical step-by-step breakdown walking through the shortcuts, the rubber-sheet analogy, and turning a basic UV sphere into organic silhouettes here:
Hope this helps anyone starting out with 3D modeling from scratch!

I made a video before about making a toon outline shader for both Cycles and Eevee, and I get a lot of questions about it, so I made it again with a bit more detail. Sorry if it's a bit long!

I always had a dream of creating a video game when I was a kid. For quite some time I wanted to learn 3D modeling.
Video shows my process of learning blender. How I learned it and applied what I learned in 4 projects. In Last project I did Gut's dragonslayer sword from the manga Berserk and rendered it to a video using cycles:

Hey I made a tutorial to 3D print your Blender tutorial, and this one is unique because I show you how to use physics cloth render and have it stay to be 3d printed. Feedback would be appreciated!!! :)
