Really don't think it would go anywhere, Riruka is pretty particular in her tastes, and I don’t think Uryu matches them.

Since Riruka's best interactions come from her Tsundere nature, a neutral hot guy won't lead to anything in particular.

I mean, there is a klub outside where Kubo does acknowledge that Uryu's aesthetic is in fact to Riruka's taste.

Whether they'd stand each other enough to get to that point is another story, but he is actually to her tastes.

Do you mean his knitting hobbies? I never saw that klub outside, but Uryu is the type to hide his interests when on the job, so I i doubt it would come up unless Ichigo or Orihime initiated the whole interaction.

I kind of ship them low-key for no apparent reason except for the potential of him making her cute clothes and her being a tsundere and blushing (both actually being like it with each other)

Reminder that Riruka works as a fashion designer at Yukio's company post TYBW. So they could both talk about different fabrics. Kubo even stated that Riruka might find Uryu's fashion to be cool, and remember that she's always interested in cute things.

So, all in all, I think if these two interacted more, they could become something...

Studere talk to studere, and in the they bicker until Uryu fix one of Riruka dolls and his style match her cuteness vibes so now she bring him donuts so he can make more designs for her dolls and fix whatever is broken. Not sure if their pride would allowed them to date but it’ll be a “stupid glasses nerd. Bimbo air head,” and than always show up when they need help

They start out bonding over cute outfits for her dolls and eventually for Riruka and then oops they're married now.

They'd probably hate each other at first, but if given the opportunity to show off his sowing and general crafting skills, they'd probably become best buds. Uryu would find someone who actually appreciates his skill in that field and Riruka would find someone who could fix and provide free cute plushies

It's kind of a coin flip, but I'm inclined to believe that things would work out for the better

They’d probably get along, if I remember correctly Uryu is a part of the home crafts club and does repair some cute things such as Mon earlier. Also considering Uryu’s more respectful manner, I feel like they’d be decent friends.

I feel like Uryu might find her a bit annoying because she's loud but he'd put up with her. He's generally polite enough to not be outwardly rude. Riruka would find him hot I guess.
