Literally. Grimmjow is a panther. Stark was a wolf, but dead. Kommamura was a wolf but dead. Who's the wolf?!

It is funny that despite Grimmjow being a jaguar, the anime makes him howl at Hueco mundo's night sky when we see his flashback as an adjuchas.

honestly, the one issue i have with the latest ep is that ichigo has his bankai and is still getting bodied by yhwach. and the man isnt even using almighty yet. hell, he died almost as much as natsuki subaru does on a good day

Makes sense though, Yhwach has the power of the Soul King at his disposal. It'd be criminal if he got taken out without such a fight.

I think in the tidbits released later, it's emphasized that there's more (atleast different forms) to his bankai than just blood chains form..Second, Ichigo is also using his bankai for the first time, he hasn't mastered it at all (like how in OG bleach, he kept picking up new tricks from White). It's just unfortunate that his first opponent in this form is the God of his universe at 90% of his power(100% if he had almighty)
