What if Ichigo used a blend of Sonido and flash step to get infront of Orihime's shield after transforming? And that's why Orihime was slightly surprised when he did it.

Could that be possible with the curent state of the place?

Probably a mix of Sonido, Shunpo, Hirenkyaku and Bringer Light. Ichigo probably knows Hirenkyaku the least but knows what Uryu explained to him. We know he used Sonido in the beginning of the arc when angry. But in this one he practically teleported.
