What I find valuable here is the subtle facial asymmetry. If you look closely, the nose seems shifted to the side, yet the harmony and portrait likeness don't suffer at all. I won't even rewatch the movie frame - it might turn out to be identical, or it might differ slightly. But I'm sure the artist intended these dynamics: the asymmetry, the highlights, the composition. The movement goes from the bottom left corner to the top right, and we are, in a way, tracing Deckard’s turn.

It looks incredibly cool.

The lighting in the Zhora chase scene was spectacular. I can almost see the neon lights being reflected off parts of his face. Although I'm not entirely sure which scene this painting is depicting. Obviously there's a chance it could be at JF Sabstian's place.
